Utica Community Schools will sponsor its Career Expo 2017 from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, at Eisenhower High School, 6500 25 Mile Road.  The free event is open to all interested students and families.

“This annual expo allows students to explore career options by meeting directly with business leaders in their field of interest,” Superintendent Dr. Christine Johns said.  “It ensures UCS students are on the best path for success in high school, college or vocational school and beyond.”

The more than 100 career representatives will provide information on their line of work, how they prepared for their jobs, the importance of post-secondary education and their overall responsibilities.

As parking is limited, it is recommended that attendees consider taking a shuttle from Henry Ford II and Stevenson high schools and Wily Elementary.  Shuttles run every 15 minutes from 6:45-9:15 p.m.
